The French daily : Sud Ouest published, in March 2007, an article about the immersion of our group of five winegrowers from Bordeaux in London which took place with the goal to meet the buyers, wine-waiters, journalists ( notably Jancis Robinson ) & retailers from England.\r\nThe United Kingdom being the principal market for the Bordeaux wines, then it was the opportunity to know it better.\r\nOn that occasion, Brian Sullivan – sommelier – noticed : ” When i look at you, I see a new image from Bordeaux. Ten years ago, a tasting like this would have been more formal and uneasier. Today, we get together in a cool mood, we get the opportunity to taste approachable and relaxed wines, made by winegrowers, them also approachable & relaxed. “
