Château CAMBON LA PELOUSE
HAUT-MÉDOC, CRU BOURGEOIS
Elegant and Enjoyable
The oldest vines and limited yields. These are the main reasons why this elegant wine with its intense colour is so successful. Its delicate bouquet of red fruit is supported by firm tannins, a ripe palate and very long finish.
Expressions
Grape varieties Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot
Yields limited to 45 hectolitres per hectare
Ageing 12 to 15 months in oak barrels (40% new wood).
Average age of the vines around 30 yearsPesticide use is “rational”, meaning that we strive to only spray the vines when absolutely necessary and thus protect the environment that is so dear to us.
