After the visit of the japanese journalist Kosei Ueno, the magazine Dancyu published, in December 2006, an article about our estate. She visited us during the 2006’s harvesting and then observed : ” I realized better the quality of the wine Château Cambon la Pelouse by the way they were busy to select the grapes under the sorting table …. As well, the vats permit, thanks to their frigorize system, to rack the must of the first harvest’s juices and then to make some prefermentary macerations. This one are essential to concentrate the aromas and the color of the wine & to get a maximum of fruit. “
